Love cookie dough? These vegan and gluten-free chocolate chip cookies from Liz Lovely are the rockstars of cookie temptations

Liz Lovely Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Product: Liz Lovely Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies – $3.99

So…this is the fourth variety of Liz Lovely’s vegan and gluten-free cookie line that I have managed to snag and try while out at the natural food store.  The other varieties have had the chocolate base…so this time, I went for a little more variety…but keeping with the chocolate theme.  Liz Lovely’s Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie was my vegan, gluten-free cookie of choice this past visit.  And since I was working on a box of Glenny’s cookies at the time, this had to wait.

But…damn…these were worth the wait.

If cookies were rockstars, this one would win the Grammy.  You wouldn’t even believe what you were eating was gluten-free, let alone contained no dairy or animal products.  It’s like biting into a cookie pre-baking process.  So, if you LOVE cookie dough, that’s what this is.  But it is baked.  Yet that fresh, straight-from-the-bowl flavor lingers and plays across your palate.  Honestly…it’s cookie dough in cookie form.  Which, is an odd way of putting it, but that’s what these taste like.  Like I said…rockstar.

These cookies have that first initial stiffness to them, but they are chewy and soft.  It’s the perfect storm of cookies.  I mean, you honestly can’t a cookie composed of rice flour, dark chocolate, and other binders and sweeteners (of which are all recognizable and natural), that is not only certified vegan (YAY!) but also safe for those of us who have to be careful of the cookies we indulge in.  Not every cookie is created equal, but thanks to Liz Lovely…those of us who need a special tweak to our cookies get ones that are far and away better than what any bakery, any café, or any weekend warrior baker could produce.  These are perfection wrapped up in a plastic bag.

If you’re a lover of cookie dough and if chocolate chip cookies are one of your favorite temptations…get tempted by Liz Lovely’s Vegan and Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies.  But remember, your serving is only half of a cookie…so indulge, but savor.  The longer it takes you to get through it, the more days you get to enjoy it.  So tempt yourself, treat yourself, and do it with the best flavor and ingredients around.  Let Liz Lovely treat you to her rockstar-worthy gluten-free chocolate chip cookies.

Because if cookies won Grammy’s…I’d be handing over the trophy now.

Lundberg Family Farms gives rice chips a southwestern sweet heat with their Santa Fe Barbecue flavor

Lundberg Family Farms Santa Fe Barbecue Rice Chips
Lundberg Family Farms Santa Fe Barbecue Rice Chips

Product: Lundberg Family Farms Santa Fe Barbeque Rice Chips – $2.79+

I have a gluten-free tasting fair to thank for my new obsession with Lundberg Farms Rice Chips.  Honestly.  Prior to that, I had only had their actual rice products (gluten-free of course!).  And while I loved their rice and risottos, I never thought to branch out into the snack-side of their company.  Why?  I’ll never know.

But after falling madly in love with the Lundberg Honey Dijon Rice Chips…I knew there was something good in each of their products.  And now…I was actively seeking these products out.

While the selection of the Lundberg Rice Chips is meager at all of my local grocery haunts, I did manage to find the Santa Fe Barbecue flavor at one of them.  I figured that would pair well with my dinner that evening.  So, it was purchased and brought home.

What I find I love about the Lundberg products is how much attention to flavor is given to them.  These rice chips are very crunchy.  Each bite snaps and breaks with the most amazing crunch in chip history.  I love it.  Because chips are supposed to crunch.  These turn it that crunch-level up to 11.  And I mean that in the best of ways.

As for the flavor of the Santa Fe Barbecue…I really liked it.  The subtle, sweet flavors of hickory smoked barbecue really shine in these chips.  The addition of chili powder and red pepper cue up a gentle heat, which is very mild.  Think of your favorite barbecue flavored chip…then turn up the taste volume to outstanding.  That’s how these are.  The flavors mix so well on the brown rice chips, which are also baked, giving them a healthier aspect when compared to other chips out there on the market.

A serving is just the right amount to satisfy.  And the sweet heat that each of these chips provides is the perfect compliment to a meal, or to savor on its own.

Lundberg Family Farms continues to impress me with their outstanding, gluten-free product line.  While these did not impress me as much as the Honey Dijon flavor, these are now my favorite barbecue flavored chip on the market.  And one I intend to purchase, use, and enjoy for many years to come.

If a snack attack hits and you need that salty, sweet, heated crunch…look no further than Lundberg’s Santa Fe Barbecue Rice Chips.  A handful of flavor in each serving.  Mmmm…so good.

Pacific Natural Foods turns nut beverages into a rich treat with hazelnut milk

Pacific Natural Foods Original Hazelnut Milk
Pacific Natural Foods Original Hazelnut Milk

Product: Pacific Natural Foods Original Hazelnut Milk – $3.29+

Ever since I had to give up milk due to the onset of lactose intolerance, I’ve dabbled in the alternatives that are out there.  I’ve had soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, and rice milk.  I have favorites of each.  I have an obsession with unsweetened almond milk.  And nothing compliments coffee as well as a splash of vanilla coconut milk.  There is a myriad of options out there these days for those who can’t process dairy.

So, when my grocery store stocked Pacific Natural Foods’ Hazelnut Milk on its shelves, I was intrigued.  I’m a lover of hazelnuts…so…put it in liquid form and I think we’re at posh nut beverage level.  I like posh things.  What girl doesn’t?

With the splurge purchase of the moment made, I went home and tucked this away in my refrigerator.  Just in time too.  The weather turned and the comfortable transition into fall started to become the cold onset of winter.  With that in mind, it was time to break out the hot chocolate one night.

My other splurge for the winter was good, rich, gluten-free hot chocolate…by Ghiradelli.  And I just happened to have the Chocolate Hazelnut flavor.  So…this was going to be a rich treat, I could tell already.

I poured a small bit of Pacific’s Hazelnut Milk into a glass to taste on its own.  It definitely isn’t as thick as almond milk, but the robust flavor provided a smooth, creamy, and rich quality to it.  Yeah…this was going to be brilliant.  I heated it up, added my hazelnut-infused hot chocolate and gave it a good stir.

Smooth and rich.  That’s what the hot chocolate became.  Already pairing a quality product that has traces of hazelnut flavor in it with something as smooth and rich as Pacific’s Hazelnut milk…and the hot chocolate world was turned on its head.  Posh hot chocolate.  Yes…it does exist and it can be made in the comfort of your own home with the right ingredients.

The hazelnut milk was a great addition to my non-dairy milk alternatives.  I would buy this again in a heartbeat…use it in baking, use it on my cereal, add it to coffee.  I think it would just add to the flavors, the creaminess.  It tastes amazing.  So amazing, that drinking it straight is just as good as treating your food or morning coffee to it.

Seek it out, all you nut beverage lovers.  It will change your life, no matter how you decide to drink it up.

Go “nutty” over Enjoy Life’s Sunbutter Crunch chewy snack bars

Enjoy Life Sunbutter Crunch Chewy Bars
Enjoy Life Sunbutter Crunch Chewy Bars

Product: Enjoy Life Sunbutter Crunch Chewy Bars – $4.49+

I’m particular about my snack bars.  For one thing, I want them to have some nutritional quality in them.  Yes…even if they are chocolate.  But the most important thing these days is that they are gluten-free.  And that can be quite difficult to track down.  Granted, there are plenty of meal replacement bars out there, but I’m not trying to substitute a meal…I’m trying to get through that long stretch of time between lunch and dinner.  Because my stomach is sure to get a case of the rumblies if I am not prepared.

There was a mega sale going one day at one of my local grocery haunts on Enjoy Life’s snack bars.  I had great success with their Coco Loco Chewy Bars during my foray into the world of rock n’ roll this summer, traipsing across the country at numerous U2 shows.  Those general admission  lines can be killer, and you gotta feed your body in order to survive those shows.  Trust me.  So, that was a gamble I took then that paid off.

I had three other flavors to choose from, but opted for Sunbutter Crunch.  Why?  Well, I’m a sucker for that salty and sweet combination, that’s why.  These chewy snack bars are made from sunflower seed butter, so it’s safe for people with nut allergies.  How awesome is that?  In fact, Enjoy Life’s products are free of the 8 most common food allergens.  These are also vegan, casein-free, gluten-free, trans-fat free, packed with vitamins…and kosher!

Enjoy Life Sunbutter Crunch Chewy Bar
Enjoy Life Sunbutter Crunch Chewy Bar

Now, I was a little nervous about having these as a snack because my mom had tried another kind (she’s had to go gluten-free as well) and didn’t like them.  I was beginning to wonder if Coco Loco was an anomaly in the Enjoy Life snack bar lineup.  So, when my 3:00 p.m. snack break rolled around, I tore through the wrapper and very, very cautiously took my first small bite.

Salty.  Sweet.  And delicious.  Enjoy Life was back on track with these bars.  What I love is the flavor.  You feel like you are eating a nut butter bar, but it’s completely free of nuts.  The sesame seed butter is a fantastic substitute.  In addition, the rice crisps add a needed crunch and texture to these bars.  It just sort of provides that extra flair to keep each bite interesting instead of monotonous.  Sweetened with evaporated cane, these have just the right level of sweet to compliment the saltiness of the sunflower seed butter.  As a lover of almond butter, this was very reminiscent of that flavor so I fell in love and gobbled it down.

For a light, easy, and healthy snack (only 140 vitamin-packed calories), these make a great grab-n-go option.  They are just filling enough and contain the right balance of flavors.  Best of all…they are allergen-friendly.  So, whether you have food allergies or not, these are a viable and tasty option for your snacking needs.

Enjoy your food.  It’s what keeps you going.  So give Enjoy Life’s Sunbutter Chewy Bars a bite.  And then another.  And then another…

Glenny’s gluten-free oatmeal chocolate chip cookies a taste of homemade perfection on your grocer’s shelf

Glenny's Gluten-Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Glenny's Gluten-Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Product: Glenny’s Gluten-Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies – $5.99+

I have a fellow WordPress blogger to thank for introducing me to Glenny’s Gluten-Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies to me.  So, this blog is for you, glutenfreegimmethree!  I will never forget the comment you left on my blog about the new Enjoy Life Chocolate Chip Cookies.  Your feedback and your recommendation never left my mind…and the instant I spotted Glenny’s products on a shelf…your personal favorite, the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies…found a new home in my pantry.

It’s obviously well known by now that I love my cookies.  And, thankfully, over the years, the gluten-free world has become an overflowing stream of various brands, types, and flavors of cookies.  There are brands that I know and tend to stick with.  And there are ones that I notice in passing, but give no further thought to.  Glenny’s probably would have fallen into that category if not for a recommendation by a fellow gluten-free WordPress blogger.

I cracked these open the other night to have as my dessert.  The serving size is two cookies, but I once again limited myself to one.  And that wasn’t an easy thing because this is where the magic of these cookies comes into play.  One bite and it’s like you’re back in mom’s kitchen, reaching for the cookie jar or the cooling rack and swiping a cookie.  At first bite, it was like eating something homemade.  It tasted like the cookies mom and grandma used to make…the ones that never got hard, were always soft, and that you could eat by the handful and never get sick from them.  Or, maybe that was just me.  Regardless, the true treasure of Glenny’s Gluten-Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies is that they honestly taste like they were fresh baked that day.

I can rave all I want about my favorite go-to brands.  But none have ever ignited such memories for me.  I know…it’s a cookie.  But food can be a very powerful transport back to the past.  Honestly…it was a comfort.  And that’s what cookies are – comfort food.  Glenny’s cookies are quite soft and chewy.  I loved their tender texture.  Despite the fact that they were made with oatmeal (not a favorite ingredient in cookies for me), this enhanced the taste and taste rather than distract from it.  The chocolate chips gave an added hint of sweetness.  And these amuse-bouche sized cookies were all-around perfection.

I couldn’t ask for more in a packaged cookie.  To be that close to homemade is making Glenny’s a brand that now is close to my heart.  Find these cookies.  Buy these cookies.  And eat these gluten-free treats wherever, whenever you want.  Happiness is calorie-free.  And with only 55 calories per cookie…you can indulge more than a little.

Amy’s Kitchen’s allergen-friendly new Sonoma burger is the best of the vegetarian best!

Amy's Kitchen Sonoma Veggie Burger
Amy's Kitchen Sonoma Veggie Burger

Product: Amy’s Kitchen Sonoma Veggie Burger – $4.99+

It’s a crazy allergic world out there.  At times, it can be a challenge to navigate.  I usually run into roadblocks when it comes to finding a vegetarian meat-replacement that does not contain some sort of wheat protein.  It’s not easy.  It’s nigh on impossible at times.  But…there are some companies out there that are moving to the forefront, taking the risk, and allowing gluten-intolerant vegetarians to have their faux meat and eat it too!

I think I let out a little squee of joy when these were spotted in the freezer section of my local grocery store.  Honestly.  I put back my other gluten-free splurge and got these instead because…it’s not everyday a gluten-free vegetarian burger waltzes into my life.  Purchase made, I needed to plan out a burger night!  No problem.

Amy's Kitchen Sonoma Veggie Burger
Amy's Kitchen Sonoma Veggie Burger

Take note veggie burger enthusiasts: not only are Amy’s Kitchen’s Sonoma Veggie Burgers gluten-free, but they are also dairy-free and soy-free!  Each patty is made from organic vegetables, mushrooms and quinoa (which is a very protein-rich grain and one that I am very fond of!).  To cook this up, I simply warmed a non-stick pan, spritzed a bit of olive oil on to prevent sticking and laid the patty on there to cook.  It didn’t take long for each side to brown up to beautiful perfection.

As that was cooking, I sauteed up some slice mushrooms.  Once the burger was perfectly cooked on each side and warmed all the way through (about 6-7 minutes total), I topped it off with the mushrooms, then through a piece of non-dairy Swiss cheese over the top, put a lid on to allow it to steam, and a minute or two later…the ultimate allergy-friendly burger was created.

I had used up the last of my gluten-free hamburger buns prior to this venture, but I decided to just plate it and eat it as is.  Amy’s Sonoma Veggie Burger not just topped my list of veggie burgers…it blew away the competition.  The texture was light and very soft, and the vegetables added a nice hint of flavor to the burger itself.  I loved the way it flaked on my fork.  Very tender and very tasty.  I am already looking forward to my next burger night just so I can cook up another one.  No bun needed, it was perfection on its own.  Dress this burger up however you like.  Add some condiments of your choosing.  Any way you like it…it continues to be delicious.

Nothing I have every had from Amy’s Kitchen has made me turn up my nose.  This brand is one that I can trust and that offers not just vegetarian food, but a wide variety of gluten-free vegetarian options as well.  And for that, this gluten-free vegetarian foodie is forever in their debt.

Next time you want to indulge in a veggie burger, give Amy’s Sonoma Veggie Burger a try.  Taste the difference.  Taste the awesomeness.  You’ll never go back to Morningstar or Boca again.  I promise.

Sweet chilies and Asian flavor heat up SnapDragon’s vegan and gluten-free crisps

SpanDragon Pan-Asian Cuisine Bangkok Sweet Chili Baked Rice Crisps
SpanDragon Pan-Asian Cuisine Bangkok Sweet Chili Baked Rice Crisps

Product: SnapDragon Pan-Asian Cuisine Bangkok Sweet Chili Baked Rice Crisps – $3.99+

SnapDragon Pan-Asian Cuisine should put a warning label on all of their boxes: Caution – may be addictive.

That would be especially true for the Bangkok Sweet Chili Baked Rice Crisps.  Trust me.  These unexpectedly came into my life and now I’m sorry that they were devoured so quickly!

This box was another gift from my friend, Amanda, who has been very helpful in acquiring gluten-free goodies.  And with the added bonus of these being vegan as well…my addiction is being properly fed.  Literally.

Upon first glance, much like the other flavor that I tried, these little brown rice crisps don’t seem like much in the scheme of things.  Little shaped crackers with a dusting of seasoning.  Nothing special.  Until you eat one.  Because that one becomes another and another and another and this deliciously vicious cycle begins.

Of the two flavors I’ve tried…this one is by far my favorite.  I love a hint of spice, and the roasted sweet chili peppers and various Asian spices used on these.  The box indicates a medium heat quotient in this variety…which is a safe judge of the “heat” factor.  I didn’t find them particularly spicy, but I’m a spice lover and can handle a lot of heat in my foods.  But these did come with an added punch in the spice category and it only made me love them more.

At first bite, you taste the brown rice in the cracker, slowly followed by a bit of Asian flair, and then the chili kicks in.  Ah…it’s like the perfect snack, delivering layers of flavor that only entice the taste buds and have your hand reaching for another one to follow it up and experience it all over again.

Like I said…these can be addictive.  No.  These are addictive.  Thank goodness I know a store nearby where I can purchase them.  And the other flavors that SnapDragon has to offer as well.  Because life without sweet chili is no life at all.  Need a healthy, flavorful snack?  Look no further than these crispy treats.  Find them.  Buy them.  Enjoy them.  And just try to stop eating them.

Kinnikinnick Foods brings chocolate-dipped indulgence back to the breakfast table with amazing donuts

Kinnikinnick Foods Gluten-Free Chocolate Dipped Donuts
Kinnikinnick Foods Gluten-Free Chocolate Dipped Donuts

Product: Kinnikinnick Foods Chocolate Coated Donuts – $6.99+

It had been about nine months since I last ate a donut.  I went gluten-free back in February, and on a trip to visit my parents, I had my amazing last meal of donuts from a local shop nearby.  What a way to end a run with one of my favorite guilty pleasures.  I mean, who doesn’t like a donut every now and again?  There are so many varieties out there to try, each with a different texture, different flavor, glazed, sugar-coated, jelly-filled, etc.

Now, I like to eat healthy as much as anyone, but when you are constantly being bombarded with donuts at the office, of which you know you can’t even take a small sample of one, or splitting one with a co-worker…you begin to crave.  Well, this happens a lot at my office, so you can imagine how much I really, really, REALLY wanted a donut after nine months going without even a taste.

I knew there were gluten-free options out there, found in the freezer section of most grocery stores.  The variety is limited.  Normally they have one or two kinds from one or two brands out there.  I have found Glutino and Kinnikinnick brands at a few stores nearby.  But the craving was never worth the steep price on these boxes of six donuts.

Then, while hunting down an ingredient I needed at my local natural foods store, my roommate spotted the Kinnikinnick brand in the freezer…on sale!  So, she surprised me by grabbing a box of the Chocolate Glazed Donuts (the store also had Vanilla Glazed and Cinnamon Sugar) and purchasing them.  For blog purposes, of course!

That Sunday, we decided we would give them a nosh for breakfast.  Oh yeah…nothing says Sunday like treating yourself to a sinful breakfast consisting of a gluten-free donut.  And yes…we did keep to only one each!

Kinnikinnick really, really does good work when it comes to their products.  I put the donut on a plate and warmed it in the microwave for about 20 seconds.  That’s all it took.  The glaze heated and warmed and the donut thawed out into cake-like perfection.  I served them up and we each took a bite.

Blew me away.  It was like treating myself to Dunkin’ Donuts without the gluten!  Seriously.  These cake-like, chocolate-dipped delights might be small, but they pack a whollup when it comes to serious flavor, texture, and yum-factor.  I mean, you gotta have the yum-factor when it comes to donuts, right?  I wasn’t expecting these to be so good.  But, damn…I was going back to my childhood when we would get treated to Dunkin’ Donuts every now and again.  Chocolate is always a good choice.

The chocolate each donut is dipped in melts a little and then cools down and becomes a glaze for these donuts.  It pairs very well with the cake-like base that is hidden beneath the dark chocolate, sweet topping.  Like…eating the top layer of a Boston cream pie.  No…really.  This was more of a dessert than breakfast.  But breakfast can be a treat sometimes, yes?

Being healthy doesn’t mean you have to give up treats.  It’s okay to indulge in something bad for you every now and again.  I am so glad that Kinnickinnick produces these donuts.  And it’s probably a good thing they retail at such a high price, because I would probably stock my freezer with them.  When something is so reminiscently good…well…it’s worth raving about.

Need a gluten-free treat for the office that everyone will love?  Next time the boss wants to bring in donuts, point him toward the freezer section of the grocery store.  One little heat in the microwave and it’s like getting them hot from the oven.  Mmmm…sometimes it’s so good to be bad.

Simply Shari’s bakes up a gluten-free and fabulous pizza

Simply Shari's Gluten-Free & Fabulous Cheese Pizza
Simply Shari's Gluten-Free & Fabulous Cheese Pizza

Product: Simply Shari’s Gluten-Free & Fabulous Cheese Pizza – $7.99+

Prior to this pizza, I had only had restaurant-prepared gluten-free pizza and those I created using gluten-free pizza crusts from Rudi’s and Udi’s.  This was my first foray into the world of gluten-free frozen pizzas.

And I have Frankfort, Kentucky to thank for it.  Seriously.  Because before I raced one night there, my roommate and I were killing some time in town at the grocery store.  As we were perusing their gluten-free section, she spotted a manager’s special on the Simply Shari’s Gluten-Free & Fabulous Cheese Pizza in the freezer section nearby.  We vowed that we would stop back into the grocery store after the race before the drive back home and pick one up to try.  Hopefully there would still be one for us.

The gluten-free gods shined upon us that night because we returned and were able to purchase one at the special rate.

So…one weekend when I was too busy to really prepare anything for dinner and I blinked at it was almost 8 p.m…this little treasure went into the oven.  While it cooked up, I was able to get some dishes done and a few other minor tasks until I removed this from the oven and set it down to slice.

Simply Shari's Gluten-Free & Fabulous Cheeze Pizza fresh from the oven
Simply Shari's Gluten-Free & Fabulous Cheeze Pizza fresh from the oven

First of all, I love a good thin-crust pizza.  Honestly.  This one browned up beautifully in the oven and crisped up on the edges really well.  When I sliced through it, however, I found the middle to be a lot softer, but it’s a frozen pizza.  We’re not talking on the verge of gourmet here.  The cheese melted fairly well, although the part in the center wasn’t as melted as it was at the edges.  But only tasting it would tell.

The crust was packed full of flavor.  It really complimented the oregano tomato sauce and the mild cheese that topped it off.  There were no frills or fancy additions to this pizza.  It was simply cheese, tomato sauce and a thin crust.  And you know what?  It worked.  The flavors melted together well.  And the texture was awesome…especially the crispy bits of crust on the edges.

Simply Shari’s was previously marketed as “Gluten-Free & Fabulous” so if you spot those in the grocery store, go ahead and give it a whirl.  Nothing will ever beat the real thing, but for a quick and easy meal, which still happens to be healthy (your portion is half the pizza and the calorie count is around 190 for the serving) comfort food, I highly recommend this brand.  Easy to prepare, delicious, gluten-free and fabulous.  When you can’t make it yourself…let someone else do the work for you.  Just make sure it’s worth it.  Simply Shari’s…is totally worth it.

Alexia Foods brings sweet and spicy flavors to her this sweet sauté

Alexia Foods Chipotle Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Vegetables
Alexia Foods Chipotle Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Vegetables

Product: Alexia Foods Chipotle Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Vegetables – $3.29+

Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite foods to eat.  I’ll eat them baked, served up as fries, made into (amazing) tater tots, and so on.  So, when I spotted another great potato and vegetable side from Alexia Foods, I couldn’t help put grab it from the freezer section at my grocery store so that I could give it a try.

Alexia Foods has a wide variety of these sides that include vegetables and potatoes that are easily sauteed up in some herb-infused olive oil.  The Chipotle Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Vegetables, however, is my new favorite!  I swear on every sweet potato on this Earth that this one takes the sweet potato cake!

First of all, it’s a synch to make.  Heat a pan.  Thaw the oil packet hot water.  Add oil to hot pan.  Then pour the contents of the bag into the pan and sauté for about 10-12 minutes.  Serve.  Enjoy.

The oil in this particular variety is chipotle-infused, adding a spicy kick to the meal.  The sweet potatoes are paired with sweet corn, black beans, red bell pepper, and onions, bringing layers of flavor to the dish.  You get the sweetness from the potatoes, corn, and peppers, and a bit of heat from the onions and black beans.  But it’s the magic of the chipotle-infused olive oil that everything is cooked in that really brings this dish to life.  Seriously.  It is the right level of heat, so that it’s not too much or lacking in any way.  Perfect seasoning throughout.  The variety of vegetables that are included in this pack provide different textures and flavors on their own, so when they are brought together, it’s magic.

Alexia Foods does potatoes right.  And this is a great gluten-free product that can either act as a meal or be served as a side.  It’s up to you as to how much you wish to enjoy and keep for yourself.  For me…it’s a meal.  But I wouldn’t bat an eyelash at preparing it as a side dish if I were to have company over.  It’s another product done to perfection by Alexia Foods.

Spice can be nice.  It can be sweet too.  And this gives you the best of both worlds.
